Performing these actions means complete and unconditional agreement of the User with all provisions of this document.

1. Subject Matter of Consent

4. Validity of Consent and Revocation Procedure

• is aware of the consequences of giving consent and refusing to provide data (where necessary for contract execution).

6. Evidence of Consent

The date, time, and IP address of the User are recorded automatically at the moment of form submission and serve as evidence of providing consent.
